I have been developing and training my own neural networks in a HPC environment for over one year now.
There are many challenges that have to be overcome in order to successfully work with a supercomputer, this made me not only a proficient user of modern machine learning tools like TensorFlow and Keras, but also gave me valuable experience about the process on how to tackle problems, evaluate different solutions and ultimatively achieve my goals.
Concerning the task of sending, receiving and handling thousands of values per second from various devices, I was the developer to create the needed architecture to handle such massive amounts of data.
During the course of the project I got a thorough understanding of how computers function as I worked on an intimate level with the hardware to achieve the performance required.
I also gathered some experience in commonly used tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka and Hadoop.
I have been developing games in my free time for over eight years. I built various prototypes with Unreal Engine 4 and Unity software, while holding my focus to never stop learning and always improving upon my abilities. I also took part in several competitions, created apps and tutorial videos for YouTube.
TU Dresden: 2017 - Current
In 2017 I started my three year training to become a software developer, as an employee of the highly renowned Technical University of Dresden.
From basic concepts, to high-performance computing while working with a supercomputer to develop highly performing big data applications and training my own neural networks, I can do it all.
While working there I also got the wounderful opportunity to take part in events such as ScaDS summer school and d3hack2019. I'm always eager to learn more and happily accepted any oppurtinity to refine my skills and while being part of the professional community.
